RETURN POLICY

Absolutely no product will be accepted unless you have contacted us prior to its return. You will need a return authorization number in order that we will accept it. The original bill of sale and a letter explaining the reason for the return must accompany the product.

All return or exchange products must be returned postage prepaid. We will not accept COD’s for any reason.

If you feel a product is defective, please contact us to determine the length of the manufacturers’ warranty. Unfortunately we can not make a warranty decision for any products prior to seeing the damage. In most cases, the products must also be returned to the original manufacturer, as they have the final determination of what is considered a defect and what is not!!

If have you have ordered an item that end up being the wrong size or color, you are welcome to send it back to us (postage prepared and insured against loss) and we will make every effort to provide you with another color or size. Please keep in mind that we can not guarantee any product replacement due to constantly changing inventory levels.

Any product returned for an exchange must be done within 30 days of receiving your shipment. After 30 days we can not except any returns for product exchange.

Retuned items must be new and unused and in their original packaging. We will accept no product in return that as been used, worn, tried, damaged due to neglect, improperly installed, or no longer wanted.

All products are priced in Canadian currency. Any reference to US currency is entirely for representation. We will not be held responsible for any malfunction of the currency converter on the Pecco’s website. In no way will Pecco’s be held responsible for currency conversion on our website that might vary from your actual transaction price.

All purchases on the Pecco’s website are made in Canadian currency and any conversion to US currency is done so by your credit card company. Please verify with credit card supplier the current exchange rate you will be charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver products using commercially available delivery methods within a reasonable expected time. We can not be responsible for delays beyond our control We will notify you at the first opportunity should an expected delay be encountered.

Some remote destinations and international destinations can and may expect delays due to transit restrictions, customs and brokerage delays, weather and any other circumstance beyond our control.

We reserve the right to not ship certain products to certain addresses or destinations.
